Robert Armstrong

My first camera was a Kodak Brownie Target Six-20. My father brought it home from the war and gave it to me. I was about eight years old and got great pleasure from that old camera. I photographed anything and everything. Once asked what piece of photographic equipment would I want if I could have any thing my heart desired, my answer was that Target Six-20.

I have been a land surveyor for forty years, but during that time I have been "into" photography numerous times. About twelve years ago after a near death experience, I picked up an old Nikon FE and began my journey into the serious world of photography and there was no looking back!  I have had the opportunity to meet a variety of people who are photographers.  From folks like myself, to everyday men and women who get  great pleasure out of the process and results, to photographers known around the world for their work.

This website contains some of the results of my efforts.  I hope you find images here that you enjoy and if so please let me know.  So, open the images and look at those things I have enjoyed seeing and photographing
